No, I am not satisfied!!! 1. The time frame for completion was far too long and cost me more money for renting a vehicle that my insurance would not pay because the time of completion date changed every week. 2. The work on my vehicle was subpar as the bumper is literally coming apart at the seams. 3. I’m not sure if the work is guaranteed or not. But it needs to be repaired correctly. Any suggestions?

The text updates and ability to communicate with John through the same system seems to be very efficient. My experience with Crash Champions on this repair was very good even excellent inwould say. John kept me updated and was quick to respond to all questions I had, even helping me get a replacement part for my truck that was not part of this claim. This was our third time working with Crash Champions and third time having a positive experience. Keep up the good work!
