Repair was done, but customer service is terrible. Never got a call after asking you to cal me when the part came in. There was 0 communication from my rep unless I walked into your building and asked about it, and that was 3 different times.

Mixed feelings: It was Capital Body shop when I took it in and when I picked it up it was Crash Champions. So I can't say.

Communication with the adjuster was not consistent. The work seemed to be done well, getting information was a seek and try to find.
