My car specialist was very professionalist ( Amy ). Was very professional she went of here way to make sure our insurance paid every last dime so that I would not have to come out of pocket for any more money. After that she made sure that we were updated through every phase of process to get our vehicle back no only on time but a week ahead of schedule. OUTSTANDING!

We were without our car for 5 to 6 weeks. I wish we would have been told that we could drive the car until they got ready to work on it. I was emailed the wrong pictures of the paint job that showed the car being in process of painting. John called back and apologized. He said he would have it done by Friday and it was done by Friday.
