I've had two repairs this year of about the same level of damage (replace a panel and on one care and bumper/back panel on the other). One was twice the cost for reasons I do not understand. I should have asked more about this but did not. That said, the work and service were amazing, so I'm just a little disappointed that the pricing felt a little arbitrary.

I would refer any and everyone to Crash Champion. As a matter of fact I already have, because Crash Champion does superb work. I couldn't even tell that my vehicle was involved in a hit and run. It was like the accident never happened. The paint job matched exactly to the vehicle... I even told the person that was checking me out, that they did such a Fabulous job I could give him a hug. I was very impressed...

Tamara and Ally were extraordinary! They made the entire process of getting my car repaired through Crash Champions smooth and stress-free. Ms. Tamara was delightful from the very first phone call. Her care, professionalism, and knowledge were incredibly calming, and she kept me informed every step of the way. Ms. Ally was just as impressive—very personable and attentive to our needs as we picked up our freshly repaired, washed, and vacuumed vehicle. Their level of customer service truly exceeded our expectations. I hope I won’t need these services again anytime soon, but if I do, I will only patronize this establishment. We drove an hour to have our EV repaired by the best, and it was absolutely worth it. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless and positive!
