The repair was quick but I need to go back as the bumper is separating from the body a bit already. Service was great overall but I would suggest lightening on the numerous attempts to contact and complete this survey.

The whole process with this team was great. They offered to help me install a car seat into my rental. They helped secure me a rental car that was covered when the rental service said I was going to have to pay out of pocket. They told me the day I dropped off my car an estimated pick up day and kept me updated through the repair process. And then they surprisingly were done with repairs 4 days early.

Great job good customer service. It was a little bit slow but other than the slow wait time due to parts having to come in I feel like they could’ve cleaned the interior of the vehicle out when I got it back it was extremely dusty and fingerprints everywhere.

The people are really not much responsible… they called me yesterday for car pickup I went today they didn’t clean well which they painted and some parts was not fixed properly… before giving the car painted color cleaned or not minimum things check into their validation.. need to call multiple times to talk with them..
