Overall I really like the work done to my car. It looks brand new! Thank you John for making me understand what the breakdown of my damages were. I think the customer svcs needs a little more attention. I was told many times that things were going to happen and then other times when my questions gone unanswered for days at a time.

I am pleased to have my car repaired at Crash Champions. This is my second time to reach out to Crash Champions for a repair of my same car and I was not at fault, and no one was injured. Both situations are completely unrelated. Thanks God! At Crash Champions, I was treated with Consideration and Respect. My car was repaired to my satisfaction. Guys made my car look like nothing had happened. Kept the factory parts on, so I didn't have to worry about whether or not I was going to have a stock bumper or not still. They completed the job ahead of schedule by a few days and Danna at the shop was very communiticative through all my questions. No questions asked, if I need body work done. I know exactly what shop I'm going to from now on.
