The office staff is awesome, specifically Kate and Sarah we very helpful. I was disappointed that they returned the vehicle to my son without cleaning out the vehicle. There was trash and clothing left in the car from the people that stole it and I was assured the interior would receive a thorough cleaning that didn’t happen.

In the month that the auto shop had my car, I did not get any updates from them. I would have to call multiple times to be able to speak to someone and ask what would be fixed and how. They never asked us what or where it was damaged. Luckily, Travelers sent their report. But they never asked us. They do not communicate at all. They pushed my pick up date and that messed up my car rental. I was left careless for a few days because they notified me that the wrong parts were sent to them so my car wouldn’t be ready. The day it was ready, I called all day, they finally answered about 4:15PM, they confirmed my car was ready and when I asked what time they closed, I was told 5PM. I had to rush from work. Overall a very nerve wrecking experience. My car was fixed and we are satisfied with the work. They did suck a great job, it’s a bummer that whoever is in charge of giving updates did not ever reach out to us. It was always us chasing them.

Tried to contact them with no response. Even wasn't notified of the pickup day. The recording said that they would return my call. After several calls to them; they never did. And I had to travel quite a distance to pick up my car.

Crash Champions did repairs on my vehicle in less than the estimated time frame and did a wonderful job. I was blown away by how perfect it looks considering the damage that had been done when someone backed into my vehicle. They made sure I knew each and every thing that they repaired and checked during the process and gave me regular updates. I would recommend anyone needing repairs drop on by.
