My vehicle was repaired and the interior was very clean and smelled amazing when I went to retrieve it. Although the vehicle was repaired nicely, the lower molding is not identical to the other side of my vehicle. I wish the shop would've communicated that there would be a different appearance of molding. If I knew, I would've liked to discuss other options for the lower molding. Whether that be paying extra for an identical piece or just knowing why they were unable to install the same molding. Speaking of communication, I was told that I'd get an update on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but never received any updates. I even reached out through email and received no response. Overall, I was somewhat satisfied with the repairs but there was a lot of improvement with communication that could be done.

Sarah was very kind and made the process extremely simple. The only issue was there was no communication after my vehicle was brought in. I called plenty of times, as well as emailed and received no response. Upon picking up my vehicle, the gentleman who helped me with my transaction was kind as well.
