The only reason I gave a nine is that it was quite a gap from when I dropped it off to when I got any updates on the car. I could have called if it felt pressing but I trusted them. Still, an earlier text or call would have been appreciated

Every time I’ve been here has been an excellent process. Amazing job and so easy to just drop my car off and not worry about anything. I’m always given updates and car is ready on the date promised for the most part. There’s a reason why I’m a repeat customer.
