There was little to no communication unless instigated by my end. We were talked down to repeatedly and never made to feel like our business was valuable. The timeline over the course of the entire case was 6 months and parts delivery nor finalization of the repair was never communicated unless I called.

The process was smooth and the communication was excellent. The only issue, which is a very slight issue, is that an extra repair had to be done that wasn't in the original quote. I understand that not all damage can be seen when giving a quote, but it is still a bummer to have charges added after the fact.
