The body work was fine, but the monitor on the dashboard was severely scratched by some product that was used to clean it. the sales person said we needed to speak to the Manager but after emailing repeatedly he has not responded as to how to contact the Manager Guy.

Guy was most professional and reassuring when I brought my car in for an estimate, and Aurora handled all the details, including car rental and insurance claim, with such efficiency and a calm, sensitive demeanor. Outstanding!! Guy was very professional and reassuring while examining the damage to my car in order to provide an estimate. Aurora was so pleasant and calm and handled all the details, including insurance and car rental, with ease. All in all it was a seamless experience despite the misfortune of having been hit by another car and the subsequent inconvenience.
