I went to Crash Champions for a tailgate latch replacement on my pickup that had broken. While such a small item, they were Professional, Courteous, and Quickly responded to my need. Informative with the steps they would take which included listening to me and answering ALL of my questions, price,obtaining the part and time needed to complete the task. Called when the part came in,scheduled quickly. Took my truck in a few days later. The part sent ended up being the wrong one for my truck, they quickly located the correct one locally,had it delivered from another town and got it installed all while I waited a short time in their shop. Talk about going the extra mile, they definitely did that with Profestionalism and Courtesy Above & Beyond in my eyes. I would highly recommend Crash Connections for your Vehicle Repairs! Definitely have earned my Return Business for any Repais In my future. JOB WELL DONE CRASH CONNECTIONS!

Every single person I dealt with was absolutely incredible. My camper Van was involved in an accident and they tried so hard to get it done as fast as possible as its my home. No one was upset with my constant calls to check on progress. I had to leave the area, and the tow yard would not let me enter the van to clean out all the spoiled food from the fridge, Holly was so sweet and offered to clean out and toss all my food for me so it wouldnt sit for weeks getting stinky in the heat

I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend Crash Champions. The office staff went well above and beyond and I was very happy with the work that was performed on my car.

Well, the workmanship appears to be exceptional, it will be three weeks before I can wash my car and will then be able to comment on the longevity. What I can say is that I received exceptional service by both the front office staff, and the crew. The office staff advised me that I should revisit the claim with my insurance company due to the circumstances surrounding my accident, and in the end, my deductible was lowered by $200. They also wiped some sort of lacquer on my fender so that I wouldn’t have to look at the ugly scratches until my appointment date. Lastly, The Repair was supposed to take a full five days, but I had it back after only 2 1/2! I couldn’t afford a rental, so this was extremely helpful to me. I appreciated their honesty, their skill, and most of all the integrity of the entire staff. It is unfortunate, but that is a rarity now. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is in need of bodywork.
