Disappointed with the way they drove my car. Reported to me by my son that my car was seen driving off the lot at a very high rate of speed. If not for being AWD, it would have burned rubber. Also took 3 times longer than originally reported. Communication was not existent.

When I had brought my vehicle in, I had mentioned that my trunk was not working due to the damage of the accident. When I got my vehicle back from repairs my trunk is still not working. I’ve tried to call multiple times, left multiple voicemails, no call back from anyone.
