Repair is great although it cost more and took longer than we expected but end result is excellent. Just curious if you found a black cd case with about 10 cds, I thought it was in the car but might be mistaken.

Trevor was my customer facing contact. He was professional and cordial. My issue concerned pricing. I was given an estimate of $1277.00, but was told my total bill was $1850.00 when I arrived to picky my SUV. Trevor couldn’t explain how the final bill total increased by $583.00 and I was never advised of any additional charges over the estimate. This smacks of blatant bait and switch tactics. Based on Trevor’s explanation, it sounded like all pricing was handled by the corporate office. Given my displeasure, he reduced the bill to $1500.00. Based on this issue allow, I would not return to a Crash Champions body shop

The paint on the bottom of the door looks bubbly and textured and not smooth like the other side of the car. But it’s on the bottom and not noticeable so it’s not that big of a deal.
