Not sure how much of the crew has changed over time (I know ownership has), but despite communication challenges this time, this is the third time over a decade that I've used this location and work has turned out great.

There's a couple tiny imperfections/dust/debris on the back corner under the clearcoat but it's not something that will likely cause me issues at lease-end so not worrying about it. Other than that the car looks brand new again (only has 1400 miles).

Initially communication wasn't great. There were issues getting supplemental info to the insurance company and for whatever reason the insurance company wasn't responding and I never had any missed calls or voicemails (none at my wife's number either) from Crash Champions so I spent a few weeks thinking things were still moving along when they weren't. After getting insurance and CC connected things went fine.

had to repeatedly call to get status update
My Experience - 0.0/5.0 -
The repair took 4 entire weeks when it should have been one or two weeks at the longest. The shop prioritized other customers repairs over my truck and missed the commitment by two weeks.

Quality of the repair looks excellent.

No updates. Had to call several times to get a status update. Two week repair took 4 weeks and would have taken 5 weeks except I had enough of being continually pushed out.

Unfortunately due to the company merging with another during the time we brought in our family vehicle, service was poor. The timeframe for repars was grossly misquoted and my daughter was without a vehicle for almost a month. The work itself was not done properly with misaligned pieces on the door, and the main reason being the lock was not working on the driver's side due to a collision not being repaired. Trying to discuss the issues with Darin is frustrating as they denied concern or taking responsibility for addressing the very concerns that warranted bringing the vehicle in for repair. I do hope this is resolved as I'm working with my insurance agent. At this juncture I'm shocked and dismayed that this mechanic shop would be considered a preferred provider through State Farm.
