I have no complaints about the repairs. Everything looks fine. But I found the process a little uncoordinated between allstate and CC. When I filed the claim with Allstate, their automated system directed me to crash champions to get an inspection. But when I arrived at crash champions, they thought I was dropping off for a repair. I knew all I would be paying was the deductible, so I just went ahead. But it was a little unsettling.

This company is AWESOME! I was feeling upset/frustrated when my car was T-Boned days before I had a road trip planned. I have never had to have my car repaired, so I was apprehensive going into this process, but Crash Champions did an amazing job. They evaluated my car on a Tuesday, and I dropped it off Wednesday to start repairs. They explained everything they planned to do and emailed a detailed estimate which was helpful (I’m not a car person). They spoke with the insurance company to get the expenses handled and they set me up with a rental car company to have a vehicle for my trip. I received updates throughout, and the repair was completed much faster than I expected. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as new and had no signs of a crash ever occurring. All the staff I interacted with were super polite, professional, and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Soooo helpful! Estimates and work schedule were print and timely, they even completed the work a day early. Also went the extra mile to deliver me to Enterprise when my driver did not show up. Everyone was incredibly helpful and pleasant.

Crash champions are cut above all other auto body repair shops. I drive an older Honda Accord and when my car got to Crash Champions, I was concerned that they would not be able to repair the two damaged passenger side doors to match the rest of the car. Crash Champions went to bat for me when the insurance company said they weren’t gonna fix certain things. This body shop repaired everything, even to the point where they took a loss in order to make my car get fixed correctly and looked beautiful. The communication throughout the entire process was awesome and my car was done a week earlier than expected it looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much You are the best!
