Customer service was a sale pitch w/o following through! Called Friday before &Monday to make sure good to go. Told yes didn’t touch til Tuesday. No info on updated repairs until I called twice on Friday. Excuse couldn’t get parts but you weren’t even talking about my car! Had called Tuesday also always told you’d call back. Didn’t. Picked it up Monday didn’t show me car just told to pay, handed bill and ignored! F- repairs! Did not match paint on rear door piece, paint on drivers side rear panel, hatchback door has gap on passenger side that I can put my pinky between it and headlight. Started to clean the front seat didn’t complete it but left wet and it still smells making me sick to my stomach

Repair itself seems fine; however, it was done weeks after the original estimated time of repair (due to a backordered headlight that was eventually agreed to be installed separately). The communication was painful as I waited, because while Crash Champions said they would keep me posted, I was the one calling in repeatedly for updated information. Aggravating.

I was very happy with the Crash Champians team. The repair was great and the cleaning they did on my interior(I wasn't expecting) was cleaner than it's been since I got it! The exterior was also wonderful, glass and body!

This is my first time doing business with Crash Champions. I was very very pleased with the excellent customer service they provided me. I am kind of a car freak regarding my car I am an Uber driver so my car has to be perfect, I really work hard for those tips!! The replaced body parts lined up perfectly!! The paint match was perfect!! The interior detailing was immaculate not a speck of dust and we all know how body shops are very dusty. The exterior car wash was perfect, my car looked like it came off the show room floor. When Crash Champions wrote my estimate they said that my car would be ready Monday October 14th I received a call from Crash Champions Friday October 11th saying my car was ready. Crash champions realized that my car is my bread-and-butter financially and that I was not going be making any money with my car sitting in their shop over the weekend so they went the extra mile to get everything finished for me on Friday. There are good people over at Crash Champions #0819, Trevor the body shop estimator who went the extra mile for me. The receptionist who is very professional at her job and is a hoot, gotta have laughter in this crazy mixed up world we live in to-day. I definitely would recommend Crash Champions to repair your minor fender bender or a serious accident.
