The guys at the Armour location were incredible. Constant updates on the completion of my car, the repair was so good it looks like nothing ever happened to begin with, and the distaff was amazing. I believe it was Zac who helped me when I came to pick up my car and he was outstanding. Great customer service and made it a very pleasant experience. Will recommend this place to everyone !

Car repair turned out great, but I would have appreciated more communication. When I dropped it off, they said they didn’t know the ETA for repair yet but would call me in 2 days. I never got a call, so I ended up calling them 3 days later to get an estimate on repair time. Since they had my car for almost 2 weeks, I just would have liked a little communication. Also, when I went to pick up the car they said it would cost me a $500 deductible, when I was told by my insurance adjuster it would only be a $200 deductible since the guy who hit me was uninsured. Luckily they called my insurance and got it all squared away and I only had to pay the $200, but it didn’t feel good to know that if I hadn’t been on top of it I might have had to pay an extra $300.
