There are some chips that your company claims were pre-existed. I will be stopping by to see if you have pictures of those. More importantly, rivet(s) missing in fender liner, bolts are missing by grill. Makes me wonder what other nuts and bolts your technician missed in the areas that are not easily visible. If parts are left over after putting things back together, wouldn't that be a sign that something is wrong?

The work looks excellent. My only concern was the passenger side window no longer works and there was a new scratch on the passenger side that was not there when I brought it in. I know there is an easy fix for the window, but don't remember the buttons that need to be pushed to re engage it.
