The only reason I gave y’all a 8 and not a 10 is because of my disappointment with not having the correct Telluride front grille on the car. I know so much of this scenario was out of your control. I’m under the impression that you all will continue to work on finding and securing the correct grille and will replace it for me at no cost. I am sincerely hopeful that will actually happen, and will certainly update my satisfaction survey to a 10 at that point! Please let me know if this is possible! Thanks!

From start to finish a great experience. The lady at the front desk is nice as can be. So helpful. Car was returned fixed, great work. They accommodated rental car drop off and return. And my car was returned to me better than before. Sparkling clean. Full detail. Was very happy!
