Holly was an excellent representative from the start. I had been in a bad accident (my car was totaled) and had gotten a bit shaken up from it. She was kind and efficient and very understanding. She was accommodating when I sent a family member to get some items from the car, and when I found out the car was totaled, she let me back to see it and say my goodbyes. She and her team took care of communication with the insurance companies seamlessly even though it was a little complicated because I had claims open through both my insurance and the other driver’s. Overall, even though I did not have work done there, my experience was about as good as it could be in the situation and a lot of that is due to Holly’s friendliness and excellent work.

The service took longer then expected there was body damage done to vehicle that wasn’t there prior to me taking it in they fixed it under the claim and after all repairs were done my headlight was not replaced correctly causing me to take it back in
