This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I dropped my car off and it was damaged. Then the company tried to charge my insurance for the damage. There has been zero communication from the company. I have had to call over and over again for updates. It’s the fourth week and I’m driving my car with missing parts that supposedly are delayed and still haven’t heard from the company. Now they processed that I’ve picked up my car and want me to pay the invoice with no communication and still not a complete repair. Ridiculous.

I am so impressed with Crash Champions. I received such great response right out of the gate. I had an accident when we had an Snow/ice storm in Bend. My insurance company highly suggested that I go with Crash Champions. They were so helpful, thorough and delightful to work with throughout the process. They went well above and beyond expectations. Thank you for such a professional experience. I appreciate Trevor, Evelyn, Kenna, and (I believe it was Bo- Can't remember the name). They all were very helpful.

Crash champions where a great experience for an unfortunate situation. They had my car done quickly and when I got home I noticed a couple small little things weren't perfect and I brought it back and they got on it immediately would recommend this company for anyone needing auto body or Crash repair

Very professional service the work was excellent and fast. They were really nice to work with. The front office gal was especially nice answered all my questions professionally. And the young man that came out to help me with the estimate was also very friendly and professional no offense, but I hope I don’t have to come back anytime soon, but I will be recommending you to friends and family.
