Where do I even begin? I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service experience I had with the entire team at Crash Champions. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Stephen, my point of contact, was absolutely incredible and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier. The service team—Hector, Junior, and Shane—also did a phenomenal job with the bodywork on my car. The paint looks beautiful and closely resembles the original color. I can genuinely feel the difference when driving, especially in the steering wheel. It honestly feels like I’m driving a completely new car! One of the things I appreciated most was the consistent communication throughout the entire process. Everyone made an effort to keep me updated and included in every detail regarding my vehicle, which gave me so much peace of mind. And then, to top it all off, at pickup they made my daughter feel so special and included by gifting her a little hero cape. That small gesture meant so much to me. It showed that they weren’t just focused on repairing my car—they genuinely cared about making the entire experience a positive one for my family. I truly cannot say enough great things about my experience with Crash Champions. Every person I interacted with was kind, professional, communicative, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. I would absolutely recommend Crash Champions to anyone who needs collision repair. I’m so glad I chose them!
