The bumber didn’t fit properly. I don’t expect the vehicle to be identical however properly secure part are important to avoid additional damage in the future. I understand there’s a life warranty for the workmanship so hopefully that is not needed. Aside from that. The people were great, quick and communicated very well.

I'm very disappointed with the work on my vehicle. When I got it back, I found several serious issues: - Turn signals don't work, creating a serious safety hazard. - The door module connectors were left loose, and the rubber wiring boot between the door and the vehicle body was left only partially installed, allowing water and dirt to enter. - The paint has visible waves in several areas. - Masking tape was left in the door jambs. These issues affect both the safety and quality of my vehicle and should have been caught before it was returned to me. I expect these repairs to be made in a timely manner.

Hector Reyes did a great with keeping me update to date on the parts, if there were any delays and when my vehicle would be ready. They did an awesome job fixing the damage. My suv looks just as good as the day I brought it home from the dealership. The detailed the inside and outside of my SUV so it was super clean when I picked it up. I definitely recommend working with them again.

There was a little bit of confusion toward the end of the project. The company did not let me know when I could pick the car up. They weren’t sure when it would be done. But they worked through it, and I am satisfied.
