I had some issues with communication and completion dates that kept changing. But ultimately in the end the manager, Giovanni stepped in and really made things go smooth. I appreciated his text updates and the photos he sent of the progress.

My one concern and I totally understand why it happens but it becomes a thing in the modern world where one makes a decision where you decide if you want to pay for a minor repair out of pocket without going through insurance and possibly messing up your rates. You want to be able to trust the estimate. I know it is an estimate and things change when you take the car apart - but my bill was three times my estimate. And if I was paying out of pocket, I'd'a been irked. It gives me pause to recommend you.

It was genius to drop off and pick up my vehicle from Rusnak Porsche. It made the experience smooth. Claudia was awesome and was a great communicator. I hope nothing happens to our car again, but if it does, I will definitely use Crash Champions at Rusnak Porsche.

They forgot or missed a couple of areas that had to be added No ADA entrance to your office

When I got there to begin with, and there was no ADA entrance, it seemed to be a problem for the girl in the office. I will tell you when I return to pick my car up. It was no problem. The girl came out right away.

Workmanship & customer service was awesome- my only negative comment would be, I informed them that I wanted the calibration to be conducted at Rusnak, they agreed, but in the end said it was done at crash champions
