your customer contacts were timely, clear, and helpful. the ease of which you dealt with my insurance so i didn’t have to (beyond the initial claim) and the relationship you have with the volvo dealer made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation much easier to deal with. so far so good ok the actual repairs as well.
