I was incredible impressed with George who was direct and let me know which repair were necessary and those that were not.He disclosed theat there was a special rate for my particular situation as well. I took my car to your shop for repairs, and when it was returned to me, I noticed that underneath, where the entire part had supposedly been replaced, something is not right. I called the workshop, and they told me I need to bring my car back, but at the moment, I am very far from where you are located. This causes disruptions to my schedule, especially during this time of year. I am waiting for the holidays to pass so I can take my car in for inspection and correction of this issue.

Second time in for the same repair. Same result but only worse. The door handle still does not work and the car is now a danger as the door can become ajar. That and you didn’t have the courtesy to tell me that you were either too incompetent or too lazy to even close the sunroof and instead call and tell me that my car is “all done” and ready for pickup.
