Overall good work. I really appreciated the communication and timely completion of the repair. I just wish that my passenger door would close properly. Also, I didn't like that I had to scrub dirty smudge marks off my upholstery. I keep the interior of my car very clean and this bothered me.

The staff was courteous, friendly and communicative. However, my front passenger door no longer closes properly. This was not a problem before the repair. Also, when I received my car back, I found dirty smudge marks on the upholstery on the driver's side and also the rear R passenger side. I have photos of this.

I was quite happy with the communication I received via text. The one thing that could have been improved was that I specifically asked via text that they save my carpool lane stickers from my rear bumper. Instead, my stickers were thrown away, and no one communicated this until I specifically inquired about it when picking up my car.
