Just not up to standards with ordering, assembly follow through and continual delays, not due to parts availability. My rear license plate was lost and all mounting hardware for front and rear plate, including license plate frame and stainless screws, was missing. I had to deal with obtaining new license plates and registration. Very sloppy on the part of the body shop.

I had to have my windshield replaced and this place was recommended by my dealer. The staff were nice and communicated with me through the entire process. I was originally told it would take 4 days but only ended up taking 1 day. The only dissatisfaction was that they used my email address name on the receipt and when I asked them to fix it they said they could not. While I don't think it is a big deal, I expected my actual name on the receipt and not the name from my email address. Also when I picked up my car I I would have appreciated if an expert spoke to me about possible sign to look for in case there was any flaw that might have gone wrong during the instalment and recalibration process. Overall I would recommend the place but just make sure you ask to talk an expert and make sure the name is correct on your paper work and if anything you have them fix it.

My car looks AMAZING and whoever detailed it needs to send me their Venmo so I can tip them— I almost cried because it looked so great. There was a lot of back and forth with my car (I was working with AAA) and Ky took the time to explain everything when I was confused about where we were in the process. She made everything really easy and seamless— I was so appreciative of how sweet she was on the phone when she had to give me the bad news that my car would be there longer than I had been told by someone else. It was a miscommunication that wasn’t anyone’s fault, but she was very kind about it and empathetic that I would be without a car for a bit longer. Everyone was great, thanks for being kind in a hectic time!

My vehicle seems to be 'factory fresh' --- and I truly appreciate this (as my vehicle was quite new and pristine when it was damaged) and I am a very detail-oriented guy who would not only notice; but, feel deeply unhappy about anything that would still reflect the damage caused to my vehicle by a reckless driver.

Good service my only complaint is that I arrived at 12:30 to drop off my car to fins that everyone other than front desk was at lunch. Hours should reflect closed Noon-1pm if nobody is there that could help.
