Great staff! I enjoyed working with Kevin and getting an update on my vehicle from Steven. My kept me informed about my vehicle with regular updates. They did a fantastic job on my vehicle, and it was finished in time as projected. It only took them a few weeks to finish.

Fantastic staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, competent and communicative! The actual paint work was to the highest level I’ve ever experienced at a body shop! They have such high-end cars there that people must really know about this company’s quality! This is the only place I will ever take another car of mine in the future.

Hopefully, I will never need to repair my 2024 Tesla again, but if I had to, I would definitely go back to DC Autocraft in Burbank. Isabel kept me updated every step of the way; my communications with her kept me assured that my car and I were in good hands. 10/10!

I was told the repair that was a re-do from when you painted 2 months ago would take 2-3 days. I asked do I need a rental and was told 2-3 days. This was a holiday weekend and was promised the car would be ready Friday 2 days after promised. I was emailed Friday and mind you I have never recibes an update email!! I was also texted Friday after you closed that the car will be ready Tuesday. This was 8 days after I took the car in I was to leave Friday on a weekend trip that I was driving other with me. The holiday had no cars and the cars they had were three times the price. No rental was offered on your end and the entire experience was horrible. Not going to recommend your company to anyone else your services.
