The quality of the repair is outstanding. The timeliness of staff responses to my inquiries about repair start and completion dates was not. I believe Vahan is now aware of those shortcomings.

Everything was great, from start to finish. Communication was fantastic. When I arrived I noticed that there was a panel alignment issue and you guys were able to fix it while I waited.

Burbank was very knowledgeable about the repairs to my hi performance vehicle. It was transferred from Costa Mesa, to Placentia and finally to Burbank which added a couple of weeks to the repair.

Only area of improvement would be to request supplements for repairs in a more consolidated manner. I had 6 supplements that had to be approved and it took 6 weeks.

Automated notices were good on progress of the car. I liked the fact that they only called on Tuesday & Thursday for updates. Always returned or answered the phone.

Took an absurdly long amount of time. Poor communication throughout. I had a busted windshield and a dented door. I expected to be out a WEEK. At most. I lost my car for a month. It was absurd. The work was good - but the inconvenience wasn’t worth it.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. In particular Victor went above and beyond and always kept us in the loop from start to finish despite he was transferred towards the end of our repair process he remained in close contact with us with updates, answering questions and helping us with specific needs all the way up until the end. He is a Godsend. And when we came to pick up the car Isabel was an absolute angel. Super thorough and walked us through the closeout offering her support should anything come up beyond our pick up date. Our industry is really high pressure and it’s such a comfort to have incredible people who can support specific unconventional needs as it becomes necessary. I would gladly walk through this experience with this facility and specifically Victor and Isabel if we find ourselves in a similar car predicament in the future.
