Overall, Crash Champions is a top-notch well-oiled machine with a strong focus on the customer experience. From the time I had to get a quote from Manny (and have him available to explain the estimate), to me dropping off my vehicle and having the lady at the reception desk get me a ride to the Hertz branch, to keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle on an almost daily basis by Tony, and finally ensuring that my car was prepped and ready for delivery BEFORE the time they committed. Great customer experience.
