Crash Champions were amazing. Dropped my truck off to repair the bumper that needed replaced after it was hit in a parking lot. They had it done in a week and my truck looks great! Very happy with the professional service and staff. Was picked up by the rental company there and able to just return it at Crash Champions when I got my truck. Highly recommend.

I'm still waiting for the estimate on the rear view mirror as well as the follow up on the scratched wheel rim.

I noted that the plastic above my tire that was replaced was scratched. The manager said it was glue and wiped it with water so it would look ok. When I checked at home it is really scratched. In addition, in brighter light (it was over cast when I picked it up) I could tell that the scratched tail light wasn’t fixed. I reported it to Geico and I’m waiting to hear back.

You didn’t fix my car. I called something out the shop and the manager rubbed water on it to cover it up. In addition, the light was bad so I didn’t notice you didn’t fix the tail light. I told the insurance on Friday.

Tge worked performed was perfect, my complaint is not about the labor but about my vehicle cannibalised while at the shoo. My car was returned missing parts and swapped parts for older ones. Im very dissatisfied with tge lack of surveillance and accountability.
