They did a great job and everyone I interacted with was very nice. The only issue was the extremely short notice to pick up my car and return the rental. I was unprepared as I was out of town and it was more than a week and a half earlier than expected. I had to rearrange my entire schedule in less than 24 hours.

The repairs to the body of the truck were outstanding. However, they failed to replace my cracked windshield (which I pointed out the day I dropped it off). Also, I had all LED lights (fog, low beam, and high beam) and on the right side of the vehicle they put regular bulbs in. They could have used the old bulbs (I checked all lights prior to taking truck in and they all worked, I even showed their staff). I discovered driver side factory fog light not working. When I crawled under truck found the fog light wire dangling under truck, not attached to bulb. Later discovered they broke the clip that holds wire to the bulb. Also, on the passenger side two of the screws holding the wheel well liner were only in halfway.
