Home office Amber was amazing. Once my truck got transferrred to new port Richey it was insufferable. Was told that the repairs would take 7-10 days. I dropped off my truck before a planned trip that would have me out of town for that long. My repair took a month for a vehicle that was drivable. I called nearly every day to get updates and would be told the tech or manager would call me back and didn’t happen. I understand delays happen but the lack of communication was incredibly frustrating
