Communication was good however, when it was time to pick up the vehicle, the front bumper did not fit correctly and there was an obvious gap between the headlight and the bumper. They said they would order a new bumper, but it was on backorder. I was thankful for this. Then when I went to leave the check engine light was on and it ended up taking two hours for them to figure out how to fix it to have it actually ready to go. Then when I got home and went into the back of the car, I realized the back bumper was very flimsy and also did not fit correctly. When I called, they said they were ordering a new one which again I was thankful for. The lady I worked with was extremely nice and more than willing to help.
