This is the second one of these I’m filling out. I’ve deleted several after I filled out the first one. Receptionist was helpful , professional, pleasant. Dan was direct & to the point. Efficient. Kept me informed for the most part. The “automatic updates” that are sent giving incorrect info should be deleted. Example: got a message that it would take 16 days for my repair when I was told by Dan it would take 5-7 days. Dan was correct. Those messages need to be stopped. I’d imagine they cause customers to call & get upset when it conflicts with info given by actual person instead of a bot. Thanks for a job well done.
