Upon entering crash champions, for the first time, I was greeted with a 😃 smile, but upon asking for a beer 🍺 I was told no! I was disappointed 😞 but the whole experience was awesome and I will highly recommend 👌 others to Crash champions

The vehicle was painted back into the specs of exactly 💯 how I purchased my truck, done in a quick turnaround manner, outstanding. I am very pleased with the work completed. I am not happy about the unprofessional manner inwhich my insurance conducted their part in the process or the dysfunctional manner in which the payment for the repair work was to be paid.

I came in to have chipping paint on my front bumper corner fixed. Was quoted around $1500. Ended up paying over $1700. Git the car home to find out the front breaking assist is not functioning. All if the safety features on the car were working perfectly when I brought the car in. I was told it would be an additional $2280 to fix the safety features, which Crash Champions disconnected or broke. I was never in formed of this additional charge. I would not have got the bumper fixed if I knew I was going to be returned an unsafe vehicle. Which was previously safe before the repairs. I feel like I have been tricked. I now have an unsafe car or I pay additional $2280 TO REPAIR SYSTEMS THAT WERE WORKING WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN. I have a disabled wife, 4 kids, and have not worked in a year. I need this vehicle and it's safety features in working order. - Jason

I came in to get my bumper on my Atlas fixed. Was quoted around $1500. Payed over $1700. All of my safety features were working perfectly. Now the front breaking assist is not functioning. I was told that I would need to pay an additional $2280 to get it fixed. Not in the original quoute, and more the the cost of the repairs. Crash Champions disconnected my safety features, why am I paying to fix it? I was given a car that is not safe to drive, that was previously safe to drive before I brought it in for the repair. This is outrageous. I feel like I have been mislead and tricked. I feel like I need to leave a terrible online review, urging people to avoid this shop. I have a disabled wife, four kids, and I am out of work. I need this vehicle to survive. IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE ADDITIONAL COST, THAT WAS MORE THEN THE REPAIR OR THAT I WOULD BE GETTING A CAR THAT WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE, THEN I WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN THE COSMETIC REPAIRS. -JASON BURWELL
