Everyone at the New crash champion in Dade City was so nice and helpful they went above and beyond . Shawn the estimator. Was very helpful and walked me through the full process. Everything turned out exactly the way he said it would. I am so pleased with my car. It looks brand new. and also to be able to drop my rental car off there with Enterprise so helpful I would highly recommend them. I give them a 10 I would give them higher if I could.

Lower bumper is not flush on drivers side as passengers. Also, when car was picked up passenger tire wheel guard not installed all the way.

I asked for my side view mirror to be repaired but the insurance company denies it. NOBODY called me to say this and just ignored it. Now I have to fight with the insurance company and potentially bring the car back. Wasting time money on everybody’s end. I think this was unacceptable.
