Lincoln and Chris were both outstanding even though my parts were backordered for over 2 weeks! They never backed away from keeping me updated when it would have been so easy to do so. Cadillac Customer Care was also outstanding. When the problems beyond their control were happening, their customer service and communication was top notch. Lincoln was so genuine and I feel like I have made a good friend after having the opportunity to meet and work with him! My car looks great too. In the terrible World where we live, it’s nice to know there are still people and organizations left that do give a damn! Thanks everybody and I will be glad to refer everyone I can to your facilities and customer care!
