The customer service was very good. I was kept up to date on a regular basis. When I went to pick up the car, it was washed and cleaned up. If I have one complaint, it is that a 3% surcharge was added to the remaining balance on the invoice for using a credit card. That is completely BS. Was the insurance company paying for the damages also charged a 3% surcharge??? Probably not.
