After contacting my regular Cadillac facility in Dallas and getting poor service, I was fairly disenfranchised with the thought of even engaging with another shop. All I can say is that Lincoln at Crest was outstanding. I was always kept up-to-date and could ask questions anytime and know I’d get a quick response. The vehicle turned out perfect and I could not be happier!
