Everyone was super nice! I worked with Adam mostly on the repair. And Zavannah was outstanding as a customer service representative, she’s the one who greets you as you walk in and takes your information etc. They keep you up to date on the progress of the job. It was a pleasure working with them as a whole. If ever I need this type of service again, I will definitely come back to Charlie’s Columbia CARSTAR
