Some parts installed had broken tabs, and alignment of the plastic finishes were off. It took 3 trials to get the plastic covers to fit right.

almost perfect in every aspect, e.g. efficiency,service attitude, professionalism, communication frequency. My only downside is that my phone holder in the car disappeared when i got my car back.

Work quality very poor. Not only the expected time of completion was doubled, I get a delivery of the car still defective. The updates were regular when the deadline was still on time but no more regular updates provided when the time lapsed. Nobody endorsed the car properly to me. Was just handed the keys and that was it. My fault for not making sure the car repairs were done correctly at the site. That's what happens when you trust other people to do their job.

To know that one of your employees is a blatant thief and would steal ALL the money out of my car, knowing that ai would notice, makes me question the way this business is managed.

I was very disappointed that all my change and some restaurant gift cards were stolen out of my car. I was probably $10 -$15 of change. All completely gone.
