Truck was clean when I brought it in for repair and muddy when I picked it up. Repair loiks good but I would suggest cleaning the exterior if your customers vehicles.

Went in to Cubbage Collision after my car was in a bad flood. My battery went bad and windows stopped working. They kept my vehicle for two and a half weeks and all they did was an alignment. By the time I received my vehicle the seats were filthy as well as my interior door's. Looked as if oil was spreaded on the seats and, doors. Cubbage left the same flooded battery in the vehicle. When I asked them if the windows were functioning they told me they were. As soon as I tried the windows. Driver side window got stuck. Passenger side window didn't budge whatsoever. Guy that works there named Whitehead was totally disrespectful. He sent the claim back to my insurance for my windows. Whitehead knew that they weren't operating properly. Whitehead told me to wait for five minutes and, my windows would function after five minutes. As far as recommending Cubbage Collision it will never happen. Can't believe the media hasn't caught up with them yet. After dealing with Cubbage I read plenty of online reviews about other customers experience. Most of them were similar if not worse than mine. Can't believe they returned my vehicle in worse condition than the way I left it.
