you guys were great. stayed open late on a friday night (got there at 604 when you close at 6). also worked with me to find the right rental car since my insurance only covers $35/day (expedited the cleaning process of a recently returned vehicle and were willing to discount a larger vehicle if nothing else was available)

not pleased with initial visit. no one at counter and persons at the desks just looking. finally someone acknowledged I was there. Picking car up was told the repair petsom person would go over what was done to my car He drives up I tell him its my car he says nothing just walks past me and into office young lady there tries to help me
