Pretty painless. The phone/office receptionist could use some customer interface training. Suggest try calling your own number to see how calls are answered and how engagement with customers at desk is done.

I am disappointed with the final repair of the bumper. In a week the bumper was already sticking out from the edge like it wasn’t sealed or fixed properly. It looks like a poor quality bumper and very flimsy and not safest option. Also, I was surprised that the charges for out of pocket payment were twice as much as what was billed to the insurance.
