My wait time was extremely unreasonable for the job. The estimate given to my insurance company as recorded on the paper work was missed by 6 business days. The expected ready date was delayed after multiple confirmations across different days via phone. My car was indicated as ready for pick up via text notification. I came to pick up the vehicle over an hour after the communicated pick up time and when I got to the location I was informed it would not be ready for another 40-50minutes. My car was also damaged with a scuff and a scratch to the paint on the passenger side door. Horrible experience from start to end.

There was a lot of confusion initially when my car was towed to Darcars Silver Spring in the evening. There was nobody available by phone and it took me almost an hour to find someone in the office to explain where to park the car and leave the key. There happened to be someone working late who told me to leave the key in a drop box which I did. Next morning, I was unable to reach anyone who had the key or who could confirm that it was obtained. After one week, I was asked to bring a second key. It appears that the car was not available for the insurance adjuster to examine inside for over a week. After that period, service was excellent and communication was excellent.
