This would have been a 10. They did fantastic work, and I will definitely recommend them, but I was very disappointed that the interior of my car was not properly cleaned after the work was completed. There were glass bits in my seat (that I cut myself on). There was dirt/dust everywhere, and my trunk cover was disassembled. I feel like maybe this was just a random oversight and not indicative of the work they do. Upon repair, my car looks brand new.

The entire crew at Desoto Collision were absolutely wonderful. They actually helped to relieve my anxiety overnot having my own car, working through the payments from the insurance companies. The are great a crew with a dedicated purpose of getting the job done!!!
