I would never recommend anybody to use this shop. And I the future I will take my car to Abra Auto body shop for any repairs where they have excellent customer service and my car is fixed and cleaned to perfection. I feel like Desoto collision rushed the repairs on my car so they could be done for the upcoming holiday. I feel like they cater to the Geico insurance company and they fixed my car at the cheapest cost possible. I can't believe they didn't even wash my car after they repaired it they gave it back to me with the marker high liter writing all over it and when I told the man about it he just wiped it off with his finger he didn't even offer to wash it like it should have been. They is still damage under the trunk from the impact that they didn't fixi noticed it once I got the car home and let at up my trunk

I was not statisfied at all with this shop. I had my car repaired at Abra Auto body two months ago and I was fixed to perfection and their customer service was great. There is still damage under my trunk that this shop did not fix

The customer service was not professional . No one informed me that the shop would be closed the day after thanksgiving and the rest of the weekend. I received a voicemail stating that my car was available for pick up an hour before closing. Due to me being at work I wasn't able to pick up my car and I couldn't get in touch with anybody at the shop

I informed the office that I was leaving town and returning on a Sunday. This would require someone to pick up my vehicle for me. When my friend arrived to pick up vehicle they were told there was a deductible to be paid. This was not the case. A check online or a call to USAA would have verified that no payment was required. I reside about 50 miles from the body shop. I had planned on getting a cab from airport to my friends where my car would be. Since they were not allowed to pick up the car I had to get a cab ride from airport to my home. Almost 100$. I do have my farm truck to drive in and swap so I have a way to work but now have to arrange another ride from my home to the body shop or pay another 100$ I had also ask that my car be taken next door for an oil change and that did not happen either The staff was sorry and very nice. The work done was good as well. A single phone call to ins would have saved me a lot of time and a couple hundred dollars
